A deadline was created as the aircraft had to be shipped to the US in a container and pass US Customs for importation.

Assistance was sought by the Australian Government to gain entry into the US as many hurdles were faced.

Once in the US the team went to work with Ian day and night to reassemble and complete the finishing touches (which were many) to prepare for race day.
