Ian Baker, Director of Advanced Aero Components, worked for Glasair Aviation back in the 1990's. Falling in love with the aircraft he owned and built a Glasair 2 and a Super 3. Having also helped many others in a build assist center in the USA and in Australia we have extensive experience with the issues of "doing a home built."

Glasair 2 Cowl Bullet Nose
This great modification to the cowl of the Glasair 2 increases the airflow over the engine for much greater cooling. Not only does it look great but you achieve much greater cooling whilst on the ground due to the massively increased airflow through the turbulent-free round shape of the two inlets at the front.
This reduction in temperature allows you to use less fuel as your engine does not need as much fuel flow to reduce temperature.
This kit bolts straight on to your standard firewall and requires no modifications to your plane.

This kit includes 3 fairings that will smoothen out the horizontal to fuselage and the vertical dorsel to the vertical stabilizer.
This mod makes no structural change to the airframe however cleans up the air flow and assists with top end speed whilst giving a more modern appearance to the aircraft.

Glasair Wing Root Fairings
One of the areas of greatest turbulence in your aircraft is where the wings meet the fuselage. These fairings greatly improve the smoothness of airflow across your wings and produce a much smoother flow across your wing to fuselage section.
Made from infused carbon fiber there is a considerable weight saving and greater strength.
This mod is good for up to 3 knots increase in top speed for your aircraft.
