Experience in the Aviation Composites industry with solid hands-on skills in composites construction.  From mold making to wet lay up, infusion and vacuum bag processes essential. The successful applicants will be able to work tidy, quickly and efficiently in a high turn over production environment with the minimum of supervision.

Experience with TIG, steel, stainless steel, aluminium and chrome moly essential.  
You will need to think through efficient procedures and workflow in a busy production environment.  Skills in jig construction will be beneficial.
You will need to be able to demonstrate consistent high quality work, and be self motivated with the minimum of supervision.
